Deep sink hole

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6240336.

The speed hump seems to have had a repair recently where a deep hole appeared just before the speed hump travelling in the direction of town from the Bat and Wickets pub. This has now drastically sunk causing a serious issue driving up to and over the speed hump.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 9.2 days.
