Street lights x2 completely obscured by overgrown trees

We have 2 streetlights 1 opposite number 34 Preston Drive and 1 opposite number 44 Preston Drive lamppost numbers L19CHD and L18CHD which are completely obscured by overhanging trees and vegetation. Street lighting have been today to try and change the LED’s as per their schedule but have struggled to complete the task due to the overhanging trees. Also restricted light from these lampposts due to the blockage of trees.
