Overgrown Bushes Blocking pathway

Reported via desktop in the Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging category anonymously at 00:27, Thu 18 July 2024

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6243766.

This had been reported previously and no action has been taken.

The footpath which is also cyclepath is 100% blocked. Previous case reports have been auto closed on the vais that the bushes do not belong to the council and are on private ground. However irrespective of this the footpath is completely blocked and the Local Authority is the legal entity with both the power and responsibility. Please clear this route or enforce action on the owners of the vegetation. As a wheelchair user the failure to clear and maintain this route is also a breach of the Equality act, as it forces me to use the road which is ridiculously dangerous
