Broken slabs on Public Footpath trip hazard

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6245523.

Outside number 3 Lyncrest Avenue to 15 heading towards the Post Box on Cameron Drive. Residents are struggling as some in 3 wheel walkers and pushchairs are all struggling. Very bad broken slabs and broken concrete which were previously patched up.
