We have noticed a number of miscellaneous materials in this location for a good while now (months) with what seems to be construction products as well as garden waste left on the side of the road coming into Cosgrove. We are trying to sell our house and this unsightly scene as you drive in to the village from Stratford Road is not a welcome view for anyone. This seems to be getting worse with more and more rubble being left outside the same property, both on the roadside and spilling on to the roadway for a long period of time now. Imagine if every household in this village were to do the same. Are people allowed to destroy the local landscape?
