Parking obstructing road view

Hello, Since the car park for the Old Plough has been halved, parking has become a big problem on the High Street. People have now started to park in the little pull in part outside number 59, which is on the outside of a bend, which causes several problems; 1) there is no safe place to pull in when a bus comes from around the bend on the opposite side of the road (due to the number of cars parked on the North side of the High Street). 2) because of where the cars are parking, you are halfway around the corner before you can see if anything is coming the other way 3) it makes it extremely difficult to safely pull out of the driveway of 59 High Street as the line of vision to the right of the exit is completely obstructed. It is also impossible for drivers driving down the High Street to see if a car is exiting that driveway. This is an accident waiting to happen and rather than imposing parking restrictions (which may not be in keeping with the conservation area of the High Street) I would like to invite the council to consider a grass verge (as the rest of the High Street on the South side) to allow for a clear view for traffic coming from all directions, and a safe exit from the driveway of 59 High Street.
