Investigating
Out of control trees.
Reported via mobile in the Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging category anonymously at 15:45, Sat 20 July 2024
Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6253620.
These two trees at the side of my house used to be cut regularly by the council and kept at around 20ft. They are now in excess of 40ft, completely block sunlight and are actually growing over into my garden and the houses behind them. They have magpies, pigeons and crows nesting in them as they are so dense, so these larger bird species are becoming a nuisance. I'm not suggesting cutting them down completely, just taking them down to a manageable hieght so they do not encroach on properties or encourage larger birds to nest in them.

I have the same problem with these trees .l live opposite my neighbour's house . And my house is directly in the alliway. The birds are becoming a real newsence. I've been living in my property now 22 years .and the trees are becoming unbelievable. To high and to big ( wide).they are as high as a house and wide and in a confined space the branches now are growing over my garden. Personally these 2 tree's are a disgrace
