Ref.. The report referencing overgrown vegetation at the end of Hedgely Court, The warning letters sent out by the council went to number 17 Hedgely Court.. It has since being discovered The owner is actually number 16 Hedgely Court. This is where a letter should be sent. 😊

Investigation: Ongoing (Reported to a third party) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner. In accordance with the WNC Network Management Plan, we will contact the landowner and request they cut back their vegetation within 14 days of receipt of our correspondence. We will reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied.
