Over grown bushs

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6255228.

The bush's on island front on 27 Entwood drive is so over grown it's stopping cars being parked next to island. Someone has cut some of hedge and just left cutting on ground someone will end up with a recked tyre because of thorns from bush
