  • Investigation: Ongoing (Reported to a third party) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner. In accordance with the WNC Network Management Plan, we will contact the landowner and request they cut back their vegetation within 14 days of receipt of our correspondence. We will reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied.

  • Investigation: Completed (Highways to Monitor, Routine Inspection Programme) - A further letter has been send to the owner/occupier to cut back the vegetation and a follow up inspection will be carried out after 14 days and followed up with if the vegetation is not cut back.
