Section of road

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6260844.

This needs to be clear signed or more signage that this is not a dual carriage way and is a two laned road. There was nearly an accident when someone was driving parallel to me thinking it was a dual carriage way and nearly had a head on collision.

    Thank you for your enquiry. We can advise that following a recent audit it has been agreed to install additional warning signs to highlight that this stretch of road is single carriageway and not dualled. We anticipate the works will be carried out in the coming months. Once in situ, it is hoped the additional signage will have the desired affect.
