  • Investigation: Completed (Duplicate) - We can confirm that the works ticket related to the previous enquiry, 5654227, is still ongoing and has further work to be completed in this area. Some large sections have been repaired already and further works is still scheduled. We hope to complete the work as soon as possible. We hope this has clarified. Thank you,
