Overgrowth. & leaning fence

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6261379.

This ROW from the top of School Lane thru to Mount Pleasant is again obstructed by side plant growth and an overgrown fence from 9 School Close which is overhanging. N needs attention please.
