Drains blocked at Chestnut Road
Reported via iOS in the Blocked/Damaged category anonymously at 08:22, Tue 23 July 2024
Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6263383.
These drains are flooding again.
This has previously been reported on the dates shown below and subsequently marked as resolved/fixed/completed each time. This issue remains unresolved for nearly two years.
Might I suggest this is not getting fixed, as is clearly evident in the ongoing reports. Whilst I appreciate you recently carried out a CCTV inspection and believe there to be a constant flow of water, I’m perplexed as to why even with <1mm rainfall within an hour these drains are flooding over again, obscuring the road markings, raising the inspection cover and causing a flood risk to nearby housing.
