The footpath on Banbury Lane by the Bus stop is not passable from Ashpole Spinney to the junction of Riverstone Way. This footpath is on the Ashpole Spinney side of Banbury Lane

This problem has only partially been fixed some of this overgrown hedging has been cut back, however where you cross the road at the crossing point it is still overgrown blocking the footpath. Very dangerous especially for school children, partially sighted, notability scooters etc. Still needs attention.

Investigation: Ongoing (Reported to a third party) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner. In accordance with the WNC Network Management Plan, we will contact the landowner and request they cut back their vegetation within 14 days of receipt of our correspondence. We will reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied.
