Grass verges eroded and deep ruts filled with rain water

Vehicles have damaged grass verges due to being used as a parking bay,when these are dry they are dangerous due to deep ridges so tripping hazard and when it’s rained,they get filled with water

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the photo/s and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 37.3 days.
