Knee length fences along this path have been vandalised

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6265460.

Along this stretch of the public right of way (LD3) the knee length fences have been damaged and vandalised in certain parts, but a lot of the cross-panels and posts are rotten too. Can this be looked at to be replaced/fixed?
