Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6265656.

When did this car park last receive any maintenance? All the hedges and vegetation are overgrown abd have gone wild. They are obscuring visibility around the car park for drivers, so adding to the risk of collisions. The briars and vegetation are overhanging footpaths and in danger of causing injury to pedestrians
