Street lights on in dayrime

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6268802.

2 lights in Queen Eleanor Road outside properties no; 23 and 33 are on before and later than they need to be due to the sensor being in the trees, therefore the leaves are blocking it therefore they come on and stay on longer than they need to be,wasting power
