Investigation: Ongoing (Reported to a third party) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner. In accordance with the WNC Network Management Plan, we will contact the landowner and request they cut back their vegetation within 14 days of receipt of our correspondence. We will reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied.

This pathway is still very much obstructed not allowing easy access to pass by with a pram or wheelchair due to the over grown bushes.

The pathway is still mainly blocked, an attempt has been made, the overgrown vegetation still requires further trimming to allow safe passing with a pram or wheelchair on the path way. Updated picture attached.
