A Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging problem has been found by West Northamptonshire Council Overgrown sharp shrubs with thorns and rubbish from the RH side of 3 Shepperton Close, Great Billing blocking pavement for a distance of approx 50 Metres. Having to avoid by walking in road. Especially dangerous when walking dogs. Complaint is not only from me but most neighbours

Investigation: Ongoing (Reported to a third party) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner. In accordance with the WNC Network Management Plan, we will contact the landowner and request they cut back their vegetation within 14 days of receipt of our correspondence. We will reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied.
