Drain is blocked

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6280716.

Drain here at the end of the drive at 15 Windmill Lane is completely blocked with mud and grass is actually growing out of it. Could this be looked into before it rains.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 37.3 days.
