The hedgerow isn’t being maintained, I haven’t seen it cut all year.

Hello , The hedgerow isn’t being maintained. Recently a tree was chopped down at the end of this footpath but it’s still tricky to walk through because the hedge and the residents hedges are almost touching.

Please could someone investigate why this isn’t being maintained by anyone, it used to be the farmer I think that maintained the hedge but since the builders have moved in to the field it isn’t being maintained and the brambles have gone wild. I have scratched my face quite badly from walking this way recently.
