  • Investigation: Ongoing (Reported to a third party) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner. In accordance with the WNC Network Management Plan, we will contact the landowner and request they cut back their vegetation within 14 days of receipt of our correspondence. We will reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied.

  • Brambles overgrowing the path. I see that it has been previously reported in July but the brambles are growing half way over the path.

  • This problem was first reported in July. See above for updates. Nothing has been done. the other corner of Elm Grove is also overgrown and the footpath width is reduced proving a problem for pedestrians, particularly parents and children walking to and from Preston Hedges School
