Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6300280.

Loose and uneven slabs on steps outside 10 Thyme court, leading to 6 properties in Thyme Court Lumbertubs. Area used by elderly and children. Potential to cause harm is high. Area has been deteriorating over the last 2 years. Slab is now completely dislodged.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 9.2 days.

  • Repair has not been completed on 5 of the rocking slabs. The 2 which have been re-laid are not complete to BS 7533 resulting in a trip at the top of the steps of 23mm which constitutes a hazard and the infill around the utility apparatus has not been filled/repaired.
