Restore the POS as originally intended.

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6304723.
Today a very nice man arrived on a Tractor to deal with the neglected POS. I was informed he is only cutting the perimeter! What a waste of time and machinery. see photo illustrating grass cutting plan. This area should be as intended on the original plans, an open grass area that the neighbourhood can enjoy. A lot of cost and effort was put into preparing this space including tonnes of top soil and grass seed. You may describe it as meadow on your new plans but all people see is waste land. Already we are seeing instances of fly tipping. Just because the area is referred to as 'Buttercup Meadow' does not mean it has to be a Meadow (Waste Land) I don't see cattle roaming around 'Weggs Farm' or god only knows what you'll see at 'Semilong'
