Holly bush and other shrubs are growing over the fence into the narrow footway between Park Leys and the park off The Slade. The problem has only been present this year and is getting worse this growing season. Some is at eye level and the holly has sharp pouty leaves.

  • Investigation: Ongoing (Reported to a third party) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner. In accordance with the WNC Network Management Plan, we will contact the landowner and request they cut back their vegetation within 14 days of receipt of our correspondence. We will reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied.
