Rubbish in ditch

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6315507.

The ditch in the layby has recently been cut back revelling all of the rubbish that has been thrown into the ditch all sorts wooden pallets, tyres, a bed mattress, child's car seat, paint cans, oil cans, a small fridge , bottles ,cans & general rubbish
