2x grass verges damaged near entrance to 23 rowallen way shared drive with 3 others houses. Verges contain 3x water metre access, damaged, anglian water replaced recently and damaged again, struggle to even see them Internet connection cables, these have collapsed so I can't get broadband now. Usually road sign is there but is next to it instead. Posts or something needs to go there

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 38.9 days.
