Overgrown trees covering road signs for A14 heading northbound on A508

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6319899.

The signs for both junctions to the A14 are totally covered with trees heading northbound on the A508. You cannot see or read either of them

  • Investigation: Ongoing (Reported to a third party) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner. In accordance with the WNC Network Management Plan, we will contact the landowner and request they cut back their vegetation within 14 days of receipt of our correspondence. We will reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied.
