Hedge overgrown and blocking footpath

Reported via mobile in the Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging category anonymously at 18:04, Tue 6 August 2024

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6324305.

Neighbours hedge on Ryland Road has gradually become more and more overgrown. It is now reaching out across the entire footpath and people need to walk out on the road to get past. Multiple neighbours on the street have asked them about trimming it and they’ve said it’s not their problem. It has become very dangerous for young children and the elderly living on our street as they are in the middle of the road walking along when cars are driving down. The hedge has been blocking the footpath for about 6 months and is getting worse.
