Step black no warning
Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6326179.
I am waiting for a reply about this issue and i know its still the same as been to do another fence in same area, apparently kier left this like this,as a resident has made a base which goes out into the open space and kier when refurbed area put in a footpath but stpped at that step and in dark i was running aling path and tripped on thst step as i would av thought it was smooth like rest of path as u can see in picture thanks
