  • As the landlord of the flats, These bushes used to be removed/cut to stubs completely periodically to prevent the drug users using them as public toilets or a place to hide in and inject their drugs. Evidence is seen of this daily. There is a strong smell or urine and other faeces evident everywhere in the the bushes and the needles we are having to remove for safety of residents is very high and dangerous. It has been proven that with these removed then this problem disappears almost completely. They were cut back a few months ago but this is not enough. the greenery unfortunately needs removing so there is no hiding place for deals being made and a haven for drug use or a toilet.Previously in years gone by we reported t yourselves and it was actioned, now I note that you are debating whose land it is? Do we just sit back and wait until someone gets seriously harmed by disused needles and paraphernalia.? Please can someone address this or give me an email address where I can take this further.
