One day a cyclist will run a child walking to Millway school over simply because the child cannot walk on the footpath side of the cycle path. - Please resolve.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 38.9 days.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. We can confirm that we have been made aware of this issue. A works order has been raised which you can follow on FMS-6334046 and add updates. The expected completion date for these works will be 10/02/2025 .

    You stated that this is a P4 ticket on 12/08/24 which you said the average response time is 38 days.
