Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6334903.

Rubbish left over flowing in the alleyway inbetween clippers and the dry cleaners. Pigeon mess getting worse again as well. The mess smells and is putting off our customers. A rat was spotted last night around the rubbish. Environmental health issue.
