Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6336634.
ER9 bridle gates on either side of the Mantles Heath road (ER9 meets FB16 Knightley way) overgrowing again, this time an elder shrub taken over one of the gates and needs a severe cutback please, rather difficult to get the horse in & thru to open the gate - thankyou very much!

Investigation: Ongoing - Thank you for your enquiry. A Rights of Way Officer Inspector has visited the location and we are undertaking a landownership investigation. Will update you shortly.

There has been no response to this for over a month - have you been able to determine land ownership yet? A resident has asked the Parish Council to investigate for them.
