Trees Manor Road Hanging Houghton FixMyStreet ref: 6215168
Reported via mobile in the Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging category anonymously at 16:47, Friday 9 August 2024
Sent to West Northamptonshire Council 4 days, 16 hours, 25 minutes later. ref: 6337496.
In relation to the above report which has been closed. This has always referred to the lime trees which are not owned by Lamport they are owned by the council as they are on TPO’s this is ridiculous going backwards and forwards. Michael Venton is the officer from Daventry who liaised with Northamptonshire council who carry out any works. I can’t believe this is so hard.

I think there is some confusion here, we are referring to the trees on the left hand side of Manor Road when you enter the village, the whole tree line of lime trees. These have always been maintained by the council, Sheila Guilder used to deal with this who has now been replaced by Andrew Leighton. Lamport Parish Council have also confirmed these are owned by the council
