Well. It's been at least three weeks since your last correspondence on the issue of the overgrown bush. I thought I'd give it this long since your last update after you surprisingly updated and CLOSED the problem, justifying my lack of faith in you. Justified. I've been away, and returned to see there has been absolutely no change, when you could have invoked a section 215. I won't bother contacting you again, you're simply a waste of time.

Investigation: Ongoing (Reported to a third party) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner. In accordance with the WNC Network Management Plan, we will contact the landowner and request they cut back their vegetation within 14 days of receipt of our correspondence. We will reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied.
