Overgrown tree

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6356184.

Outside the corner of number 21 salcey close, there are some overgrown trees, please can these be cut back from my property. The branches keep off. Please can all the trees on this corner be trimmed.

  • Investigation: Ongoing (Reported to a third party) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner. In accordance with the WNC Network Management Plan, we will contact the landowner and request they cut back their vegetation within 14 days of receipt of our correspondence. We will reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied.
