Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6363748.

The bit of waste land behind the cinema and between the houses in north street needs clearing again as the weed membrane that you have put dow wasn’t all the way to the top it has now grow all over it and has started to come into the garden again and cause damage to the fence.
