  • Expansion gaps in wall are getting bigger. The trees between the path and the wall are pushing on her wall. There is drain on the front of property that is getting blocked by the debris from the trees. This is a private drain. There are also huge Ash Trees are overgrown and touching her house and garage and the neighbours garage as well. The homeowner is requesting that someone meet her at her property so she can show the the problem as this is the 4th time she has requested help and is getting distressed. The smaller trees between her house and pathway at the back of her house really needs to be viewed from inside her garden and she is requesting this so the damage can be seen. She has drains on her driveway that get blocked from the street drains.

  • Mrs Yvonne Horne Mobile no. 07760 293748

My original requests (there have been several) was for trees to be removed or cut right back, my perimeter garden wall is being compromised and the expansion gaps are increasing in size which is causing me concern as to what hidden damage is being caused by their roots system. I live in the bottom corner of a 6-property cul-de-sac and the drains for the entire street are situated on my property, my aco drain (which runs the entire width of my house) is constantly full of debris from these overgrown trees and i am concerned it may damage/block the drains. The tree branches are touching mine and my neighbours houses and also our garages. I would like someone to call to arrange a mutually convenient date/time when they could meet me at the property so these issues can be shown and addressed as it is now causing me considerable distress. If I get no response from yourselves to these ongoing problems I will be forced to speak with my local member of parliament as this has now been going on and causing problems for long enough.

    Thank you, Yvonne Horne
