Dip causing vehicles to bottom out

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6383357.

There is a dip that is so severe that causes vehicles to hit the road surface with considerable force damaging both the road surface and potentially the vehicle. There are no warning signs to alert vehicles to this hazzard

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 38.9 days.
