Ridiculous queues on A45 westbound slip and no queues or traffic at all on Bedford Road from Bedford or on A45 slip eastbound. Timing only allows about four cars in each lane through.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found) - We can confirm that the fault has been found with detector packs. They had locked up due to a major power cut in the area overnight.

I think there's still an issue here. The lights under the bridge turn green just at the ones next to the Bedford road exit turn red, meaning that cars move and then have to stop.
In addition, the ones under the bridge controlling traffic towards the town centre often turn red just as the ones by the Bedford road exit turn green, causing cars to queue across multiple lanes, blocking the traffic trying to enter the A45 Westbound

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found) - Thank you for your enquiry. This site has heavy congestion within peak traffic. There are also road works that traffic is diverting away from which has been causing more congestion in that area at the moment. If there is a new fault, please report as a new Fix my Street.
