It appears the landowner has not carried out any work at this location. Please can you advise if the Council will take any addition measures to remove the issue?

This was first reported to you on 23 August 2024. The landowner has not completed any remedial work. You consistently state that you will reinspect and update, but this never happens. The issue remains unresolved. How long will you wait until you take any positive action to resolve the issue? If there is no further actiion you can take please update the report to this effect.

I can see a similar message was quoted on here "Posted by West Northamptonshire Council at 11:12, Wednesday 29 January 2025" regarding the 14 days after the inspector visited. Do you guys give residents several weeks to resolve these issues? Just trying to understand the time window to manage expectations please. Thanks.

Investigation: Completed (No Action Necessary) - Please accept our apologies for the delay in responding to you on this matter. Whilst our original response was given in good faith, further investigations regarding land ownership and responsibility is that this area is not part of the public highway or right of way network. We are therefore not in a position to be able to take any action on the overgrowing vegetation. Please accept our apologies regarding previous information and the length of time taken to resolve this issue.
