Abandoned items

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6389702.

For at least 2 years there has been an abandoned brown bin left on the entrance to Briton Gardens. As far as I can see this is being used by dog walkers to pop their poop in. The brown bin has recently been joined by a friend. And this week the bins have been joined by a large spring frame for a bed

I have asked the new MP to help with sorting this but nothing has changed so far
