Deep ruts on both sides of road

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6408374.

Both sides of the road from Hinton-in-the-Hedges to the Brackley by-pass have deep ruts alongside the tarmac. Dangerous for car tyres.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 1 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 24 hours.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A Community Steward has assessed the photo/s and we can confirm that the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 62 days.
