Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6408374.
Both sides of the road from Hinton-in-the-Hedges to the Brackley by-pass have deep ruts alongside the tarmac. Dangerous for car tyres.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 1 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 24 hours.

A Community Steward has assessed the photo/s and we can confirm that the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 62 days.

Still waiting and ruts getting deeper and more dangerous. This road is heavily used by joggers from Mercedes at lunchtime and the vehicles frequently have to go off the tarmac to avoid them, but increasingly this is becoming more dangerous as the ruts are so deep for both the joggers and vehicles to try and avoid.
