Approach to junction needs a 4x4 to traverse
Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6409074.
The whole approach to this junction from the direction of Kingsthorpe is appalling. Previous repairs subsiding and potholes forming there is one particular area of subsided repair between two left hand lanes on approach to the lights which is so bad that cars are actively having to swerve to avoid it. This area is deadly to two wheel road users.
An accident waiting to happen. I have reported it previously, as have others. Please get it fixed asap.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, a pre-emptive defect has been raised. This means that the location does not currently meet West Northamptonshire Council's criteria as an urgent safety defect. However, the repair will be scheduled to be completed alongside other maintenance works in the local vicinity. We will continue to monitor the condition as part of our routine highway inspection schedule. Should you notice the defect worsening, please inform us via an update to your existing enquiry.

Informing we that my issue has been already reported under the above reference does not answer my request for the following and I note that this report also states not notable for repair.
Please provide ombudsman details as previously requested as it seems you are evading the issue. I am now also in contact with our local MP and local media over this stretch of road.
