Overgrown vegetation restricting footpath

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6410265.
This has been like this for a number of years and results in people in wheelchairs and parents with buggies not being able to use the footpath.

Investigation: Ongoing (Reported to a third party) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner. In accordance with the WNC Network Management Plan, we will contact the landowner and request they cut back their vegetation within 14 days of receipt of our correspondence. We will reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied.

On the 29th August 2024, WNC stated that they would "reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied". We have heard nothing since! Have they complied?. Please provide an update.
