Commercial van obstructing entrance to home

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6413750.

A long wheel based van has been blocking the entrance to my home for months now. He won’t move it along just 10ft so I can get out my gate. I couldn’t get some furniture in I bought as he was parked so close to my gate. The van is rarely used, it just sits there. It partially blocks the pavement, a wheelchair or pram couldn’t get past the van. It’s the top end of Rothesay terrace joining Rothesay road end.
