Broken gates

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6419094.
There are two kissing gates entering the two fields that have rotted away and aren’t not working as they should also livestock can stray on other land as the gates and adjacent fences are in bad state. This issue has been there for three months.
